If you are looking to enter the Disability support work sector, Simple Solutions offers the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability Stream. This course is an excellent way to gain skills and experience to start in the disability sector.

If you have already completed CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support and chose to enter the Aged Care stream but would like to now work in the Disability sector. Simple Solutions offers CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. This course allows you to gain the skills to provide person centred support to people with disability in various settings.

Simple Solutions also offers CHCSS00128 High Support & Complex Care-Disability Support Skill Set. This skill set is for people working in various care and support roles in the community services industry who wish to develop skills in supporting people with complex care needs requiring high levels of support in a disability work context.

You must also have your HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate to become a Disability Support Worker. Simple Solutions offers First Aid & CPR training every second Tuesday in Hervey Bay.
