Who We Are
Simple Solutions Training is a Registered Training Organisation and a registered NDIS provider. We are also an independent franchisee of Senior Helpers, offering community aged care. We pride ourselves on providing excellence in person-centred training and service delivery throughout our organisation. We provide training across the community services sector. Our nationally accredited courses range from level I to IV and include Individual Support, Mental Health (including Peer Work), Child, Youth and Family intervention and First Aid. Simple Solutions also offers a number of non-accredited health workshops. We cater for online training, blended learning, face to face and other forms of training techniques.
Our Mission
Simple Solutions Training & Services was founded by Natalie Sell our CEO in 2005 in response to industry demand and requests for quality community service sector courses. Clients wanted training that was aligned to their business and individual student learning needs. In essence, to provide Simple Solutions to complex industry challenges.
Simple Solutions are founded on a set of core values, these values form the foundation of our business and its culture. Our Team
We are fortunate to have passionate and knowledgeable Trainers in their chosen field to pass on their skills, knowledge, experience and success stories to our students. Our Administration and Office staff are just as important to the Organisation in assisting with call enquires and enrolment processes as well as providing a welcoming and inviting environment for the students to feel comfortable to undertake their studies.
Locations
Simple Solutions has training locations across Queensland. Our NDIS Services and Aged Care Services also extend further than the Fraser Coast Region.
